Manage the collection of attestation and evidence documentation for Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) Information Security control requirements. Review for evidence documentation for compliance with control requirements. Partner with Independent Risk Management (IRM) in the review. Respond to questions from audit during the review. The position is focused on Information Security available for someone with extensive experience in IT Audit, Information Security or Operational Risk Consulting. In order to meet the requirements of the lines of business supported and the Information Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) process, the position will involve use of Policyworks, Environmental Characterization Questionnaires (ECQ), User interface (UI) for external web facing applications and any other required enterprise forms. It may also involve coordinating Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Penetration Testing, Code Reviews, Application Site Reviews (ASR), Internal and External Corporate Information Security Evaluations (E-CISE, I-CISE), and working with outside vendors. Day to day job duties include collaboration with Information Security Consultants (ISC), and communicating Information Security education and awareness to different levels of the organization. The position will require the ability to effectively consult on and articulate Information Security issues. Manage and understand multiple security plans and action plans simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Reports findings and develops business cases to influence senior management on the need for controls to mitigate risk.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
  • 4+ years of information security experience

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry, products and services



Other Desired Qualifications

3+ years of compliance related information security experience
Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and directives
Ability to work with and support both remote team members and remote lines of business
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
Experience working with the Wells Fargo Information Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) process including sparc
IT Control Testing experience
Knowledgeable with Policyworks and Wells Fargo Information Security Policies, Control Standards, Control Solutions and Technical Baselines
