Shy Bird is a cafe, rotisserie and bar open all day in Kendall Square. We?re striving to become a great neighborhood place with craveable food in a warm and welcoming setting that?s attractive any time of day for dining in, takeaway and delivery. ?For our team, we hope to bring the food beverage and hospitality culture that defines our other restaurants, Eastern Standard & Branch Line, into Shy Bird?s casual, counter-service environment.
Scope & General Purpose: Lead and manage the opening team at Shy Bird in collaboration with other managers and ownership. The primary focuses of this role will be in-service leadership, bar service team, bar operations, and cafe management. This role will also create and manage the cocktail, beer, non-alcoholic beverage programs. ?
