We are looking for a Credit Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of staff responsible for credit activities to ensure maximum profit while minimizing exposure to bad debt. This individual also plans, directs and evaluates work flow.

  • Providing input on policies and procedures.
  • Recommending operational improvements.
  • Supervising workflow and assigning tasks, goals and objectives.
  • Resolving complex employee and customer issues.
  • Maintaining company standards and state guidelines.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience and at least 3 years credit experience.
  • Solid excel and computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced business environment.
  • Accountability: Director of Credit.
