Little Donkey is a new small plates restaurant by James Beard Award Winning Chef s Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer in the heart of Central Square. Imagine the playful energy from Toro, Coppa, and Uni across the river. Line cooks are responsible for working one of the following stations in the kitchen: Wok, Saute, Grill, Expo, and/or Plancha.
He or she will be in working along side of Jamie. He/she should be able to read and follow recipes and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. The position requires and at least 1 year of kitchen experience. Come cook a funky menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.
