The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management, and private equity.The Office of the CFO (OCFO) Learning team is part of the Corporate Functions team under firm-wide HR Learning and Talent Solutions organization.The OCFO learning team works closely with the different LOB and corporate teams within Global Finance & Business Management, CAO, Treasury /Chief Investment Office and Control Management to identify, design and deliver appropriate learning solutions to its employees and other workforce members globally. The OCFO Learning partner will act as a trusted partner to the function in achieving their strategic business objectives, through a robust learning strategy that is globally consistent and scalable.The ideal candidate will have strong project management and executive-level communication skills, experience facilitating training in classroom and virtual settings. Previous experience driving both strategic and tactical deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is highly desirable as well as designing content in Captivate/Storyline or other eLearning authoring tool?Roles & Responsibilities:* Performance consults and conducts needs analyses to determine the root cause of performance gaps and recommends learning and non-learning performance solutions.* Executes JPMC Learning strategies by designing and developing engaging learning experiences and programs in partnership with the Business and Solution Center.* Identifies and implements measurement and evaluation strategies, maps to capabilities and implements continuous improvements.* Is responsible for partnering with the Business & SMEs to ensure active inventory is reviewed for relevancy and accuracy.* Contributes and participates in quarterly formal learning plan reviews in partnership with Faculty.* Effectively consulting with subject matter experts in the function to understand strategic priorities and specific challenges faced* Formulating the learning strategy by identifying needs, leveraging existing training solutions as appropriate and addressing line of business/function areas specific training requirements* Partnering with a team of Learning Partners based in multiple locations to deliver* Implementing globally consistent, efficient and impactful learning solutions* Collaborate strongly with the other learning aligned teams and centralized Solution centers, in executing the training strategy, utilizing best-in class curriculum content and facilitation* Building a strong learning culture across OCFO by engaging and enabling managers, in up-skilling their teams* Analyzing training results and metrics in order to report impact to stakeholders* Staying current with the latest market training innovations / product offerings and being consultative by suggesting innovative training solutionsRequired Skills* At least 8 years' experience preferably in the financial industry with a focus on training, learning and development. Knowledge of finance and financial concepts is a plus.* Highly disciplined, organized, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with the ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance teams in a project deadline driven environment.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), team oriented who can work well and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across the different lines of business/functions* Experience in analyzing and transforming scattered data and information into a format that is understandable with strategic solutions - data visualization and storytelling with data.* PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency, Tableau and dashboards, and data manipulation skills are strongly preferred.* Ability to work with Captivate and Storyline or generic eLearning authoring tools to create on-line learning content. Experience in creating videos and podcasts and alternate online training modalities.* Must be comfortable with changing and competing priorities and be able to deliver across multiple projects and demands
