Achieve your ambitionsjoin us at JLL!Job Responsibilities -Manage all MAC activities on accountProactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.Ensure JLL best practices and policies are being followedReceive and process client move requestsProvide a single point of contact for all move management activitiesFacilitate a project kick-off meeting with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.Participates in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholdersEstablish move project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project resultsDevelop and implement move project plan and budget through collaboration with the facility manager, project manager and construction manager; as requiredDemonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective mannerIncorporation of best practices into move projectsInitiate and manage meetings to review move schedules with move vendors and key stakeholdersIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and riskEnsure move processes are managed in accordance with the clients and JLL policies and proceduresProcure and manage move laborManage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performancePerform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy informationDevelop and deliver required project specific reportingComply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice.Work order and small project management, including but not limited to furniture reconfiguration and space enhancementsCoordination with various service providers (IT, VTS, Construction and Associate Relocation and Furniture Installation contractor) to determine the appropriate date(s) for implementation and communicating those dates (via E-mail, project schedule, WCR System notification, etc.)If necessary, determine the pricing for any non-baseline work requested (i.e. construction-related needs, furniture reconfiguration, people relocation that exceed baseline parameters, etc.)Plan, schedule and implement relocation, providing the main client contact with scheduled dates, move instructions, and move orientations for large groups as requiredProvide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions and resolve post-move issuesQualificationsExperience as a journeyman engineer level with strong skills in building automation systems, life safety systems and Microsoft Office.7-10 years experience in maintenance/operations of facilities or utilities with applicable skilled trade requirements.Minimum 5 years experience implementing maintenance repair activities in a process and building services environment in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience with planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.Technical/Vocational high school diploma/equivalent required. Associate Degree in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.Excellent interpersonal communications skills are required.Able to interact with all levels of the organization and outside contractors, architects, and engineers.Experience with CMMS, specifically MAXIMO is preferred.What you can expect from usWere an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
