Leading teams and directing them inthe completion of projects
Interpreting U.S. GAAP and GAAS
Performing forensic accountinginvestigations
Developing and/or evaluating damagesclaims and calculations
Reviewing internal and externalcommunications, including client proposals
Drafting and editing expert reports,including expert reports for submission in the context of litigation,arbitration, and other court proceedings
Promoting services both to internalpartners and external clients, developing client networks, and supportingefforts in developing and executing sales and strategies
Driving new opportunities forservices offered by D&P by building relationships with new clients anddifferentiating our services in a compelling manner
Delivering oral and written reports
Supplying mentorship, leadership anddevelopment support for assigned staff
Bachelor's or Masters degree inAccounting or an MBA
An active CPA is required
Minimum 8 years of experience inperforming dispute related services including drafting and editing expert reports,conducting lost profits calculations, and related litigation/dispute services
Must have experience with corporategovernance and internal controls
Must have a deep understanding of U.S.GAAP and GAAS
Experience leading post-acquisitiondisputes
Direct experience with hedge fundand private equity fund disputes
Proven time management, organizationalskills and ability to lead a team
Must have strong verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to deliver written and oral reports
Excellent research and writingskills are required
Prior experience as an auditor is stronglydesired
