The Financial and Business Support Specialist will work on-site in Cambridge, MA, providing administrative management and program support through the following duties:
Providing assistance in the documentation, planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking of organization-related efforts
Collecting information and drafting reports, including data calls
Processing foreign travel for official project-related activities of technical center staff
Planning, coordinating, and note-taking at meetings, including preparation/distribution of agendas and tracking of action items
Required Skills, Education, Certifications and Experience
Bachelor s degree with relevant experience
Proven organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to accuracy, detail, and quality
Proven time-management and follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work with staff at various levels
Must be able to exercise sound judgment while working proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
Proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat)
